I offer sports massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue therapy, lymphatic drainage, as well as cupping and scraping. My mission is to help clients achieve balance, relief, and renewed vitality through skilled, compassionate bodywork.

I’m a proud mother of five and bonus mom to four amazing kids, as well as a blessed grandmother of four. I’ve been happily married for ten years, and my greatest joy comes from helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives. In my spare time, you’ll find me cooking, spending time with my family, or worshiping with my church community.
